You as a Customer can cancel your order 24hrs before the delivery of the product or products for which you have placed the order by calling our customer care service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

In case you avail of the Website’s product order service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the product ordered by you will stand cancelled and Retina Opticals would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.

Your product order details shall be sent to you to the respective mail id.

In case of any amendment (date change) in your ordered product delivery, Retina Opticals would inform and advise you about the new product delivery date.

Amendments/Cancellations of order can only be made by Retina Opticals. Retina Opticals cannot modify your booking or process refunds for orders made at the special rates.

Any refund will be returned only in to the same Credit Card account / bank account / through PayUMoney payment gateway or any other method which was used to send the advance. It may take up to 14 to 30 working days to refund the amount from the date of cancellation email.

Any special offer being provided by Retina Opticals shall be governed by the specific terms and conditions of such special offer as displayed on the Website.

Sometimes an unintentional mistake of publishing inaccurate information on the site may occur (e.g. the price, description or availability). In such rare instance we reserve the right to modify/cancel your order at any time up to the point of travel, even if you have received confirmation from us, and you will receive a full refund of advance already paid. No further compensation will be payable in such event.
